Tai Dong Teochew Braised DUck Rice

Braised duck

Introduced to this by a colleague. Well I must say that this was really quite good. The duck was tender and not too dry, and the seasoning was good too. It must have been braised for quite some time, as the seasoning had really seeped into the meat. Nice!
