幼面 (Qin Ping Ban Mian . Fish Soup . Pig's Organ Soup)
On the 2nd floor of Golden Shoe. Ordered takeaway again, and instead of pork, I asked for chicken.
The soup was not bad. To me, that's the most important. But the chicken tasted sour! I have ordered this before, and it never tasted like this. I threw away most of it. And the egg yolk was broken today, something I didn't like. I prefer my egg yolk to be intact and of course, not too cooked. Other than that, it was all right. And like most of the food at Golden Shoe, it's cheap too. $2.50 + $0.20
One thing that irks me is that the stallkeeper used his bare hands (the same hands that handle money) to hold the part of the disposable spoon you put into your mouth instead of the handle. I have seen this "practice" in many places. Are these people idiots or what? It's a good thing I brought my own spoon and chopsticks to office!
